      If you want to solve complex problems that make your customers wildly successful, this is the place for you. This is a high-growth company that will embrace your talents and let you color outside the lines. Having a blast at AppD!

      Cons

      Small tweaks here and there on space, (growing), but nothing of note.

      Pros

      There are a lot of Pros, such as good environment, frindly atmosphere, professional colleagues, a lot of projects (big and small) and last but not least my boss is a very caring, understanding professional, well educated person.

      Cons

      There are some Cons in my current job, such as the lack of expertise in the department I run, I am running all IT services and projects in five companies that belongs to the same group.

In a startup environment, growing pains like the ones you have mentioned will exist, however management and recruiting do their best to seek out knowledgeable candidates to help with such growth!

      Great company, bright future

      Pros

      Lots of bright people, amazing product, innovative leaders in APM, growing like gangbusters, great work environment, employees treated well, great company culture.

      Cons

      Company is growing faster than we can effectively scale. I guess that's a good problem to have but it makes life a bit chaotic. Not a lot of cross-team communication or collaboration - not intentional, but leaders need to bring teams together and break down silos. Management needs a better plan around growth. Some benefits not on par with comparable companies (e.g., no 401k match, limited vacation time).

We are experiencing hyper-growth, so we are working with management to figure out more efficient ways to handle processes and facilitate easier communication. We do have a 401k program, and we are working to have it match eventually!
