      Pros

      -Pretty good products. -Bugs get fixed quickly. -People are pretty smart, nice and motivated to build great products.

      Cons

      -Lots of recent hiring makes it start to feel like a big, impersonal company. -Hire more engineers and fewer sales reps. -Rapid product expansion without the required attention paid to ease of use or holistic cohesion. I fear that we're going to have a bunch of mediocre products that cover a broad space.

      Pros

      Very technical and engineering focused company . Has great people great management with bare minimum politics . I hope they can keep this as we grow but i look fwd to come to company cause Jyoti and leadership thinks Big and clearly . They dont get boggled down by noise . I hope to see it become next big thing and have a Legacy !!

      Cons

      Compensation can be better and it lacks benefits like ESPP / Bonus / 401 K Match & Reimbursement options

      Great company growth. Product and sales driven company. There are politics, but expected with the current size and growth. Senior management is excellent and insightful.

      Cons

      Company can be somewhat reactive versus proactive.
