- Everyone I met was to be on the same page in regard to company purpose and direction - They took a general interest in me as a person and not just in my ability to perform at work - Interviews started on time and ended on time - Team environment was apparent

Not much to say. Overall it was a seamless, pleasant experience

Moves too fast for some teams.

The impact that my daily work has on the success of the company and the way how the company recognize my results is exceptional! Great Lifetime experience that makes me feel like being part of something great. Product, Sales Process and Leadership Team are unique in the industry.

Cons

Not really, I'm more than happy here. But our ongoing hyper growth phase requires that we ALL adapt quick to future challenges. Continuous delivery is a "must have" attitude and concept for staying successful during change. Make sure we keep that concept alive by driving innovation for People, Process and Technology!
