Opportunity for rapid growth and development. Above average $$. Good company culture of resolving problems ASAP. Work from home policy is flexible. $150 for headphones. Loaded drinks.

Cons

Other than rapid growth company problems, haven't seen a lot in my 3 weeks.

Really great company that is well positioned to deliver the best APM software. Fast paced. Startup culture. Smart people. Product is really improving release to release in offering much needed functionality in the area of business analytics and end user monitoring.

Cons

Some of the management team is not well experienced and learns from making mistakes.

Pros

The onboarding process was unique. Interacting with executives and directors from all departments as they provided an overview of each group's functions was enlightening and welcomed.

Cons

No matching 401k. Thus far, the lack of a 401k match is the only reason I can think of to not rate the company as 5 stars.
