Pros

Top start up to work for; products are cutting edge, company invests a lot in additional next gen products. Strong leadership, strong marketing and PR and very adequate compensation. Right now likely one of the most exciting companies to be a part of. Sometimes there is a bit of a lack of direction but this may be simply a singular leadership experience, as higher up road map is well defined. Company gives a lot back, very involved with community and making sure the employees are fed, massaged, party, happy hours etc. Wish this extended to offsite locations as well!

Cons

As in any fast growing company, work has to be done well and very fast, which requires to be efficient and priority driven. Multitasking is the key and if you are a complacent individual you will die quickly here.
