Great culture and work/life balance Smart and motivated engineers throughout the company Amazing benefits and perks for all employees High visibility to all work being done and a very open space so you can approach anyone regardless of seniority, position, or team What we build is used by so many of the top companies throughout the world and really brings value to other tech companies Most importantly, I love coming to work and enjoy working on my team
Cons
Communication within a team must be self initiated (just need to fight the engineering stereotype and voice your opinions). Team structure is flat (mostly due to rapid growth because of the many new hires and because the company is still young).
