      Pros

      Managers are quite chilll You can literallly take 2-3 weeks remote. Although AppD comes under Cisco's Business Units, they still don't mandate 3 days in the office. My ex-team used to come only 2 days a week (Tues and Thurs).

      Cons

      Increments and Promotions take time It's lagging in the application monitoring phase. mostly in the maintenancde mode. There are some changes, but I don't think they take up too much. Tech Stack is outdated.

      WLB if you are good terms with manager

      Bad salary hikes Lead does not do anything, just delegates work, all load falls on 1-5 year experience guys, Everyone keeps showing off their work when they have actually done none Lot of pressure by manager, unrealistic deadlines
