      Avoid like a plague, may be after IPO

      Pros

      They give good number of RSUs as part of offer(but please don't get lured by this). As of now they are one of the leaders in APM market(server side).

      Cons

      Actually after seeing 4+ rating, I decided to join. But looks like those good days are well and truly over. I am thinking it is due to the fact that, they will be doing IPO soon so they set unrealistic targets. As of now, values/cultures/principles are ignored, and they see you as a slave. They will not train/enable you adequately, and expect you to do wonders. If you bring up these issues, managers at best will try to avoid and often will harass you. They just want to hit the target, no matter what. Absolutely there is no process here, even after 8 years. Most of the teams as very lean, so you will have to double up always. I used to work during festivals and PTOs are normally not approved. Other worst part is, HR makes false promises while recruiting you. I almost ruined my perfect career by joining here, luckily i was able to get out soon(not even 6 months). Please avoid like a plague, give serious thoughts before joining this useless org.

In addition, management is also trying to find better ways to streamline processes.       Pros

      Great perks, they have $ to spend, big office, great location. The work life balance while I was in my role was good. I rarely had to take work life home with me. There are a lot of great people here who are very intelligent and who care about what they do and want to see the company succeed.

      Cons

      Terrible management, very clicky, super political, was talked down to often, no values, no integrity. I would have very much loved to have kept working here but had a very terrible team experience and no help, encouragement, motivation from my manager to want to stay there. I am very happy with what I have accomplished and done for them but had to move on.

      Pros

      Flexibility - catered breakfast and lunch? Not a lot to say here. Having a hard time filing out the 20 word minimum

      Cons

      Shady management. Brought in their old buddies from their former company that failed and fired or forced out all original employees who made the company what it is.
