      -intetesting OKR as we continue to go into Cisco fold. -a lot of room to grow since not a lot of leadership

      Cons

      -attrition is particularly bad -someone has to pick up the slack whilst attrition is really bad.

      Pros

      Owned by Cisco, you get the support of all of Cisco. They are definitely investing and incentivizing their software business right now.

      Cons

      Our product has lagged behind the competition. We have been in development with our new product for 2.5 years with no GA release date - this new product has features that our competition has in the market right this second. While Cisco support is listed as a pro above, it can also be a con because of too many cooks in the kitchen and an army of people with no background in or around software or APM. All the people who made AppDynamics successful originally have moved on both in sales and product leadership.
