      1)Work life balance is phenomenal Despite a US-India cross team, everyone is SO respectful of other people's time Constantly caring for mental health and freedom of employees- every other Wednesday is "no meeting day" 2) Compensation is adequate, bonuses and benefits are good even in the time of a pandemic 3) The people are fun-loving, smart-working and deliver results 4) Judgement is based on performance and not hours logged in 5) Extremely diverse while keeping quality a priority , with capable women in major leadership roles in several verticals

      Needs more ppl - processes slow down due to great plans but not as many resources available to implement it
