There is no doubt that acquisitions are hard, but we’re committed to seeing that every effort is being made to combine the best of both AppD and Cisco. This will, of course, take time as we adjust, learn, and grow together. We have recently rolled out leadership trainings for all global people managers and encourage employees to share concerns and feedback internally with our leadership.
