      Intelligent people, great pay, good perks, opportunities for travel. Flexible schedule, good training resources.

      bureaucratic, high sales rep turnover, Cisco oversight has decreased start-up environment and market agility.

      The culture is one of cooperation Cisco's benefits Cisco's potential to change AppD's Growth

      Cons

      Since Danny W. left in August, there has been a real lack of the "human" side of the business - decisions are made and just announced without speaking to managers. Nepotism - I agree with the previous post, but wouldn't use the same strong language. Cisco bureaucracy, and the inability of the new CEO to handle it
