Great opportunity if you are looking to really take ownership and be aggressive in your development. There are lots of areas for people to grow into. Travel isn't bad as long as you voice your concern when creating project schedules. People are realistic with their expectations and respect your personal life and family commitments.

Growing fast with some growing pains. Anyways loved the experience. Great environment. Food and drinks are provided anytime. All types of extra curricular events and benefits, that makes this company best. Variable amount policy is very clear and transparent and I can get how much I can make it (mostly drives by me). Friendly behavior of our seniors they are always motivating me by different ways (RnR, recognition, shoutout etc…). Sometime I feel work pressure and know this happens with any growing company. There have been moments of stress, but even if you are learning while earning we can get at-least chance to work just after training, not sitting idle (which I seen in my earlier companies) and wasting our talent and time. HR and business also respects our culture and Fun team celebrates every festival in office. I heard from some of my colleagues about this portal where we can express our feelings about our company. The best thing is that we all seated at one place no separate boxes (cabins) for our seniors, this is amazing which I never seen anywhere in my career earlier. You can talk to anybody anytime if you have any concern or any idea.
