Appirio is a growing company & a benchmark in cloud technology. Salesforce is the major platform on which this company works and hence a great future ahead when compared to other IT domains like .net, php etc. The major advantage here is the WFH (Work From Home) Feature, which allows you to become flexible with you professional & Family life. Cab facilities provided here is again an advantage here, no hastles for transportation for anyone here.
Cons
Since it is a growing organization , hence lacks into various protocols, which will be coming with time. The employee might have to take late night calls as per the client's time, which is definitely a pros for client but a little headache for the employee. The major Con here is the UTE factor (Variable), 10% straight gone just because there is no project for you.
