      A perfect place to work

      Pros

      You find everything very perfect in this company. The environment, other employees, management, infrastructure, etc. is awesome.

      Cons

      Company sometimes is totally dependent on feedback of manager and does not listen to employee. This is very harmful for the employee form career point of view.

      Best Place to work.

      Pros

      Amazing culture. Amazing people. Great Exposure. Great Learning. You get rewarded for the good work you do. You get to perform for the roles that are above your position hence providing great opportunities to nourish your next level skills. The new training programs are a great addition.

      Cons

      No onsite opportunities which is a key feature in service based companies. Hope we start it at some level :).
