Pros

Everyone is very friendly and there are weekly social hours to just hang out and get to know everybody. It's a great company to work for that's going in the right direction, and you feel that you are contributing to the growth daily.

Cons

None that I can think of right now. It's a great company to work for and there are no clear negative things to say about Appirio.

- very transparent environment, company meetings where 1 per month goes over Q&A from employees on important topics to them -Best Place to work in Indiana- #2 -fun environment that focuses on people and customers -no red tape and does not feel hierarchical

going through some challenges around how to grow rapidly

Appirio is an exciting cloud-enabled company that nurtures innovation and rewards creativity I love being able to connect with my colleagues around the world through Appirio's cloud products and our collaborative culture I feel that Appirio really cares about employees and tries hard to make sure that employees feel fulfilled in their careers

Cons

Appirio's growth has made maintaining company culture challenging - but I think we've got the tools to do it!
