1- Great community of peers and friends that will support and remain life long friends 2- Quick connects, you can talk to anyone in the company - open door policy 3- Remote work from anywhere 4- Teams will acomodate you during difficult times

Cons

1- Salary is not matching market rate 2- Contracts can be undersold which means a lot of work for the delivery teams
