      Inept Wipro killing off a great company

      Still some great, smart people hanging in there, not sure for how long

      Cons

      Wipro continues its push to turn Appirio from an industry disrupter to a bottom feeding 'coding' body shop. The 'leadership' is 'led' by Andy Chaudhuri a typical Wipro middle manger drone. Appirio has now been fully aligned with Wipro systems which is step back in time to 1995. Just getting expenses paid needs to be escalated to the top of the chain

      Pros

      The people here are wonderful. Honest, collaborative, and make the company what it is. There is a lot of room to learn, grow, and experiment. Like the lack of micromanagement and how colleagues, managers, etc. make themselves available.

      Cons

      The migration and churn have been a big blow to morale.
