Colleagues behaviour matches company values 99.99% Can do entrepreneurial culture married with high levels of intellectual horsepower If you're a millennial with a sense of entitlement do not join It's all about being given the space and freedom to succeed Working in the cloud means exactly that, freedom to work from home is real not just a mantra as with some other companies.

Some can be a little too maverick

Pros

- Awesome co-workers - Lots of learning opportunities - Promote from within, I think :) - Fun activities apart from just project work - Good benefits - Nice, organized internal systems

Cons

- No clear path for growing career (instead; encouraged to drive yourself) - Sometimes, projects are a bit crazy because of lack of resources/inexperienced resources - Work-life balance is encouraged, but not necessarily possible
