      Flexible work environment, good opportunities, good perks, additional benefits

      Cons

      Poor management, No HR policies. No full and final payment after 8 months of the last date. HR doesn't respond to emails or phone calls.

      Wipro's culture has completely replaced Appirio's and not for the better. Appirio was a great place to work but Wipro apparently paid half a billion to kill it. Their mentality is to throw key-punching contractor bodies at projects all for bargain basement rates. Good luck with that! They had 3 years to prepare for system integration between Appirio and Wipro. It was rolled out at the beginning of this year which turned out to be a huge mess. Very little in the Wipro "portal" seems to work as it is supposed to.
