Business Outlook
Pros
Appirio gave people growth and avenues within its bounds. People at Appirio stand apart. If one is motivated because of team-mates/environment at job/work culture etc - Appirio had it all.
Cons
Appirio leadership did not plan for a few years ahead. It's understandable, given Appirio was an Investor fed company and not a listed company, so it's vision/aim was to sell better and have great resources. I would say they nailed it.
