First & foremost I would ask for your support and advice you to either reach out to me, your manager or any of our global leader with your specific concerns which has led you to perceive that Jaipur Management (JLT) decision are subjective, biased or unaccountable.
In Appirio we absolutely believe in managing our Operations with utmost integrity, transparency and empowerment and every Appirians is encouraged to maintain their Work/Life balance respectively. As you well understand the nature of our global delivery model which is spread across mutliple time zones, cultures and focus on customer success so there could be times when we all have to work extra, now if you think your scenario is different or more routine than exception, please do to raise it with your manager (or me) and rest assured that we'll more than happy to work with resective Project Manager or Resource Managers to redistribute your work load.
Please be assured that we follow stringent, fair, transparent and panel based hiring/interview process and we haven't hire any incompetent person at any role.
