Highly innovative organization with strong CEO leadership. Strong cloud-based partnerships and is well-known in the Salesforce ecosphere.

Cons

Too technical from the capacity that the non-technical practices are not receiving the support from sales necessary fro growth.

Appirio provided me a wonderful platform to learn and brush my skills. It provided me a very free environment to learn new technologies. Help is always provided to me whenever needed. I like the working culture of appirio, freedom and transparency from top to bottom.

It's been a while I am working in Appirio. Good work life balance. Awesome work culture with free minded people. Good compensation, lots of perks and facilities. Fun factor is maintained on floor. Company is transparent to employees. New ideas are always appreciated. Fare salary according to company standards. Company keep their employees motivated by giving them rewards, appreciation and shoutout points. Management and leadership team are focused to chase the company goals. Being rapidly growing company, there is much opportunity to grow and develop new skills. Good place to work for females.
