      Pros

      “Forced work life balance” entire team reminds each other not to work too much. Smart and dedicated people. You can always count on the fact that no problem is too difficult because everyone has the ability to provide creative ideas This is the first company I worked for where Communication is not a problem. Even with virtual work, I feel more connected with my peers. Work from anywhere is priceless. You dictate your own learning path. If I want to work on something specific, just reach out to a manager and they will out of their way to make it happen.

      Cons

      Compensation is okay and no raises unless you get promoted after a few years.

      Great team/family atmosphere Competitive compensation You’ll never go hungry if you have to visit the Indianapolis office Acquisition by Wipro has increased market share and opportunity Excellent flexibility

      Cons

      Career development exists only for the most aggressive Unpredictable project work (but that’s the nature of consulting)

      Great Organization with a lot of Smart People

      Pros

      The people: lots of smart people from all over the world. The culture: everyone is so supportive and genuinely interested in knowing you as a fellow Appirian. The benefits: Great benefits all around.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Everyone I’ve encountered has been great. Lots of opportunities to learn and collaborate with employees all around the org.
