How this company has a 4.1 rate is beyond me. The constant gaslighting, the blame culture, the lack of management and people’s team support, being overworked, the lack of developmental opportunities, hiring completely unqualified people for finance positions, the bullying culture and the lack of leadership, professionalism and understanding of eradicating it, the disconnected management team and so on are just mind blowing. I’ve worked for multinational companies before, but Apple is by far the most horrible and unprofessional one.
