Pros

The prestige of the company name and the fact you its a multi-billion dollar business, you get to see cool things internally on how products get made (if your job scope allows)

Cons

-most toxic backstabbing culture -micromanaging and gaslighting -claim to care about employee wellbeing but don't -the onboarding experience, while they are trying to do the 30-60-90 day plans, in actuality, there is limited support to get there successfully -brag about no WLB in some departments which is a weird flex but okay -very cult-like culture - its better to be reticent in this work environment because you don't know how and what you will say will be weaponized against you

Pros

Nice benefits like health insurance etc.

Cons

Working at Apple has its perks, but their inflexibility around remote work is a major downside. Despite the proven success of remote work in its past, the company has recently become rigid, insisting on in-office presence. This lack of flexibility is disappointing and doesn't align with modern work trends. Additionally, any pushback or suggestions for improvement are often met with aggression from management. This creates a stifling environment where employees feel undervalued and unheard. Overall, while Apple offers great opportunities, their outdated remote work policies and aggressive management style are significant drawbacks.
