      High profile, high intensity work, incredible opportunity to learn, but it can be very demanding

      Pros

      Quite simply, you make some of the best and most talked about products in the world. Superb upper management, and a great place to learn and develop. Culture is very diverse, and you work with some absolutely brilliant people. Ultimately, you go home everyday knowing you work for a company whose products really get people excited.

      Cons

      Slightly older demographic, Low churn rate can make it hard to rise quickly. Most large scale design and strategy decisions are left entirely out of the hands of engineers, which can be frustrating. Aggressive culture can be off-putting to some. Work-life balance can get out of whack after high profile deadlines.

      Pros

      It's exciting and there's rarely a dull moment. You get a great deal of respect from others in the tech industry, and it makes it easier to get employed elsewhere.

      Cons

      It's exhausting and leaves one prone to burnout. There is a start-up culture in a what is now a large corporation, and that can become tiresome, if you know that you have no chance of vesting shares at an IPO.

      Good starting place to build up my resume. It's a well recognized company and is known for their talent in creativity. It's a company with good image.

      The workload is incredible high.
