      Pros

      The team culture is incredibly supportive, diverse, and encouraging. Management is accessible and genuinely invested in employee development, which makes a big difference day-to-day. The work environment is positive and collaborative. The benefits are among the best you’ll find in retail. It’s a great place to build communication, problem-solving, and customer experience skills.

      Cons

      At times the store can become hectic, especially when there's high customer demand and not enough staff on the floor. This makes multitasking and attention to detail crucial, which can feel overwhelming during peak hours. Like any retail role, you’ll also occasionally encounter difficult customers, which requires patience and strong interpersonal skills.
