Pros
Full-time employment. Met a lot of great people, my coworkers.
Cons
I knew the job would be monotonous and I was OK with that, however they are monitoring you with a system no one understands, so it's impossible for you to reach any of the random goals they give you. People are always trying to find ways to cheat the system after they realize they can't learn it. Noone can explain how it works (because it doesn't work). I saw so many people succumbing to terrible treatment from managers. My entire team was gone in less than a year after we started. This was really a new low!
