Pros

as a guy came from Amazon, any company would make you feel better in culture perspective. Apple is more human like while treating employees.

Cons

Too many bureaucrats in the chain and processes. They are useless but at a critical position to you. If your manager is one like that, you are doomed.

Pros

In terms of hardware development - this is a place where the pursuit of excellence is truly the focus. And it happens amongst a team of likewise excellent people who challenge, sharpen, and collaborate with each other to do their best work.

Cons

Only con is the time zone bridging from California to China; heavy on weeknight and Sunday meetings for people working closely with the China-based teams and vendors
