      Good pay and refreshers. Good pay and refreshers.

      Cons

      No benefits. Worst medical insurance. Worst management and culture. No HRBP to manage HR related stuff. Payroll team sucks , worst payroll and system ever seen. High level of hierarchy. manager present ICTs works. Vulture culture. No career progress after ICT4/5. You have to move to management which is full of politics.
