      1. Extremely professional. 2. Good amount of cross functional experience. 3. Getting to see scale that you have never seen before.

      Cons

      1. Less room for innovation. 2. Extremely important to be in the right team, the hierarchy of teams can make it difficult to innovate as you would end up doing other team's leftover work all the time.
