      Be careful to accept overseas offer

      The only pro is that you get an overseas offer with a high risk to your life and family.

      Cons

      Check the proper salary package before accepting an overseas offer. Compare salaries and discuss in different social networking sites. No medical policy for the family less amount of medical insurance for employees overseas. Poor sick and medical leave policies
