Nothing, management is poor old staff is leader so they can decide whatever they want

They offer more salary and then they throw you away once the project is completed. They treat humans are disposable. No promotion.

They have layed off 100 people in Indian offices. Gurugram and Noida office have taken huge hits. Mostly management and seniors.
