The size of the company.

Cons

The atmosphere is different from team to team. Some teams have a culture where people feel monitored, and employees are not treated with respect as human beings. Also, considering the size of the company, the salary is quite low.

Incompetent management leads to frequent layoffs

Worst company, frequent layoffs, and incompetent management

Cons

Yes it's people first, management will fire people's first because senior ILT team needs bonus every year. So before and after every year bonus they will fire people's. HR team worst team they have no leader left.
