      Pros

      Dress code flexible.Work hours can be flexible.Treated with lunches and treats often a lot more than I have seen at other companies.

      Cons

      Very demanding and stressful.People expect to work like them.Micromanaged.Sometimes managers lack in standing behind their department.Preaches work/life but don't always practice it.
