Great Visibility of HR Policy. Certification Sponsorship depend on Manager. All good and bad things will be settle down till the time your manager is happy. Aristocrat is managers company.

Cons

Fear of firing! All are working with fear in mind that he/she can be fired any day or time! Lot of politics, less learning opportunity.Totally managers company, zero skip level policy. You may get thread by your manager for spoiling your career. Please join the company if no other option left in the world. Very very bad organisation .There is no work life balance. No growth opportunities if you think technically. Poor management . No respect for employees degree and qualifications. Highly unprofessional organisation.
