Cons

Politics, favouritism and perceptions. preference for old timers, new hires are not welcomed and engaged wholly. Could be a lot better.

Pros

They allow a lot of work to be remote and won't bug you as long as you are getting your work done. Different jobs/sites each day break up the monotony. Opportunity to travel if you want to.

Cons

Its definitely a "who you know" company for promotions. If you aren't in the club, dont expect to get far no matter how hard you work or years you put in. Pay raises were VERY minimal considering this is a billion dollar company and field service is their front line employee for customers. Starting pay is on par with some fast food restaurants.
