- mature product company - good work-life balance - cash rich company, remarkable growth - smart inorganic acquisitions - strategy and vision are socialized till the lowest level - cool gaming domain and technology - subsidised lunch and free snacks - parties, trips - smart people - certification sponsorship - good employee engagement

Cons

- too many events (both work as well as non-work related) - less visibility of brand Aristocrat in India, which at times limits our availability to attract talent - multiple reporting structure

• Majority of the people working at Aristocrat are good people who are pleasant to work with. • Free on-site parking • Flexible working hours.

Cons

• Management trying to overhaul creative process for their own agenda - stripping full time artists of their creative roles and handing them out to contractors, leaving the full time employees with the dull work day in, day out. Full time employees are left feeling unappreciated, and their talents wasted. • Poor creative working environment - too corporate. • Creativity is tampered down or taken away by upper management who are too afraid to try new things.
