Pros

Aristocrat is a very interesting place, they reward staff through a winning ways program, provide training and if you are lucky you get to celebrate.

Cons

The culture! Aristocrat will say they have a great working culture but it is not the case. There are so many nasty people within those walls, who treat people horribly and managers don't do a thing about it. There's too many middle managers who don't have a clue what they are doing but know how to talk politics to keep their jobs. The money is horrible that it's embarrassing. All they care about is hitting a number, rather then fixing the working environment.

Pros

I don't think there are any pro's besides the fact that it is located near a starbucks and applebee's. Its also pretty close to the highway so there's that. It does have a small gym but that really about it. If you land on the second floor then you got it made...free lunch....free drinks....no dress code...great ambiance and overall good moral.

Cons

There are 2 - 3 VP's, 1 director, 2 managers per department and the departments have 3 employees so you have 6 people telling 3 actual workers what to do (i'm only slightly exaggerating here). I've actually been approached by my supervisor and manager to do and not do the same task in the same day. Oh and that's because they try to manage you from across the globe (AUS). To give you an example our finance department went from 28 people to 13 in less than 3 months it got that bad.
