Products are top of the line and in high demand. Company Executives have genuine care and concern for helping to make Aristocrat an even greater place to work. Surveys, culture workshops, Exec skip-level meetings and coffee with general workforce aim to help solve concerns. Recent upgrades in talent at some higher levels expect more than the norm and drive everyone to continue to perform at high levels and think big picture to take us into the next 5-10 years.

Cons

Duplication of efforts and time to get some things through all approval channels. Turnover in some areas due to many major initiatives at once.
