      Great for programmers. Not good for engineers

      Pros

      Friendly people throughout the company. Management works actively to keep the environment friendly and fun. You can have as much or as little pressure as you please.The work is easy.

      Cons

      You can't grow as an engineer because the work is not engineering work, it's programmer work. The technology is old and the industry is dying. There's a lot of talk about engineering but I challenge you to find proof of it in the code. Compensation is not competive. Everyone gets the same performance review. Everyone gets the same raise.

      Intellectual property, HR team in the US, some individual leaders who really care

      Cons

      Senior leaders without managerial courage, culture of fear, no desire to change; executive team pretends to listen but does not execute against what they hear.

      Pros

      Good people and great opportunities. Used to be an employee and now a customer, its great to see them doing well.

      Cons

      Sometimes slow to react to market changes and innovation but that looks to be on the up with the recent game content and system upgrades.
