      Salary is good for the Las Vegas area.

      Cons

      Management lacks experience and has an inability to accept responsibility. The turnover is high and fast. A good job if you only want to stay 1 year.

      Pros

      Company is full of diplomatic people.If you do not know how to play politics in office then you will be in hell in aristocrat.Employee who are busy in buttering their bosses get promoted and good increment.Hard work does not count here. HR policies are of no good.They do not have any idea about employees problem.

      There are few individuals who are technically sound.
