      1:Good Technical work 2:Pays well at joining only 3:Good work life balance

      Cons

      1:They hire when they need and fire when your job is done. Hardly any scope to move to different project as number of projects are limited. 2:No scope to grow 3: No onsite

      Flexible schedule being able to work from home, decent benefits, good people to work with.

      Cons

      A lot of last second travel, no accountability, bonus structure is terrible, poor leadership

      Super good salary hike, flexible timings, not much work to do, not much to worry for. Office is at best location. Nearest to GIP

      Cons

      no work to do, so you are left with just addition in years of experience and no add on to technical knowledge.infact you tend to forget what you already knew. management is ever-changing the team structures. zero Job security, you can be fired anytime, any day, and just asked to leave the day you are fired.
