- Who you know matters way more than your experience and ability to deliver good work. - Old school company that places a high value on keeping the status quo - Company struggles to hold leaders accountable and is non confrontational leading to pockets of toxic work environments that are never dealt with. - HR team is performative with a significant lack of expertise in their leadership.

Gained experience, but stress outweighs the benefits

Gained strong experience working with international customers. Learned to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.

Cons

Compensation does not reflect the workload or stress level, especially when compared to similar roles in the market. Limited support from management during peak stress periods. Recent experiences with HR policies and shift issues felt one-sided, with little room for dialogue or understanding. Loyalty and long-term contributions don’t seem to be valued consistently.
