Company used to be average earlier in terms of work life balance

Cons

Now, senior management of the company started to micro manage the company forcing them to meet unrealistic deadlines and to work over weekends to complete the work destroying work life balance. Senior manager comes and question about work and personal life destroying the chain of hierarchy.
