Good for newly graduate for experience in diagnostics business and salary is slightly above average.

Cons

Benefit are slowly and surely withdrawn/cut. But still the best around when you compared to other Shared Service Centre (SSC) industries. Managers can be too up tight about everything and new joiners can expect little hints "micro-managing" from the higher ups.
