I worked in the R&D IT chain at AZ. The company benefits are wonderful for en employee. They follow an Egalitarian Society concept, which makes us learn a lot from our fellow employees and also the project manager.

Cons

Sometimes during a product release we're expected to work off shifts, yet we are given the benefit of comp-off or we get paid. So typically it also becomes a con.
