Pros

It pays really well, it allows you to grow, learn, improve your knowledge. Takes care of the patient and innovates a lot. I really like working within Astrazeneca.

Cons

sometimes difficult to negotiate Hybrid/remote working.

Pros

Caring and compassionate company. Hi

Cons

Terrible leadership and organisational structure. I & D is a tick the box exercise and racism is not tackled. Poor management and promotions are driven by political/silos reason ( eg. Being a employer representative that supports LT mistakes is an excellent way of being promoted). Science is becoming poor and undervalued. Cambridge is a satellite site without any exposure, voice or opportunities to growth. HR is a figurative department and will not take any serious action against bullying, harassment and discrimination.
