      The work culture is great, AZ as an organization provides employees with a lot of learning opportunities on the internal Learning and development and external certification, The Bonus and appraisals are pretty decent compared to the market. Provides a lot of benefits especially to women employees. Overall a great place to work with a great work-life balance.

      Cons

      The Progress or promotions are very slow, in fact, it takes 4- 5 years to promote to the next role, even if you perform great.
